Sociocultural Theory and Second Language Learning Research Working Group

This group is comprised of scholars from all over the world who share a common interest in Sociocultural theory and language learning.  Once a year we come together to discuss our understandings of Vygotsky's works and their applications to second language learning.  This working group differs from traditional conferences in that the presentation of completed work is discouraged.  Instead we present our works in progress and expect to receive feedback from our peers. 

We especially encourage graduate student participation and presentation of doctoral proposals and dissertations.
